Founded in 1969, the International Fund for Animal Welfare delivers effective solutions for the long-term conservation of animal populations and habitats and rescues individual animals. With projects in more than 40 countries, our team includes conservation biologists, veterinarians, wildlife crime prevention and enforcement professionals, policy experts, campaigners, scientists, and educators. Combining local expertise and leadership in all our of regional and country offices with strong international coordination and strategic partnerships with government agencies and other NGOs, we leverage regional projects and campaigns to achieve global influence and impact in the fields of conservation and animal welfare.
