Ukrainian Nature Conservation Group

The UNCG was founded in 2014 by a team of nature conservation practitioners. Since then, we got an official status of NGO and our team has expanded to more than 50 people with backgrounds in biology, ecology, geography, and management. Our main fields of work: establishment of protected areas; identification of illegal and unsustainable forestry activities; monitoring of the EIA; collection, assessment, and analysis of data on rare species and habitats; promotion of nature protection; participation in improving nature conservation legislation. We are ready to defend the interests of nature and cooperate with like-minded people from other countries.
