What we call Sea of Alboran is the maritime space making up the entrance and the exit of the Mediterranean Sea, and constituting the point of contact between Europe and Africa. This space is incredibly rich in biodiversity, and that is why this area needs efficient protection and management. This document is not definitive, but aims to set a series of visions, experiences and actions that are considered as essential nowadays, and that will be completed by all those who are working every day on this hot spot of our planet.
